Why is there a paid plan?
EHCPlog has no adverts and never sells data. The Family plan pays for secure hosting, email and new features, and keeps the free diary free for families who cannot pay.
Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free diary has no time limit. If we ever reduce what it includes, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
What is the founding price?
Families who join early pay £19.99 for their first year of Family instead of £29.99. Reserve it in the app under Settings. Reserving is free and commits you to nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Settings. You keep Family features until the end of the period you paid for, and you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days for a full refund.
What happens to my entries if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You move back to the Free plan and keep every entry.
